You have Paper2 past papers - USE them, especially the 'How Far' questions. Mark your own work using the SQA's Marking Instructions.
You also have revision guides for the Germany and Britain topics: Download Higher History Britain Revision Notes; Download 2013 Higher History Germany Revision Notes. Use them to actively revise. Work out the key factors of the various questions.
Britain:
